i was almost going to leave a good review, but the room smelled like unwashed sports socks, and i had to wait until 11 o'clock for a room that was supposed to be ready at 4. expecting a complimentary upgrade would have been nice too, but clearly that was too much to ask for. i woudl ve been better off at a motel.

We loved our time at the hotel! The rooms were super clean and comfy, perfect for my family, including our granddaughter. We enjoyed pedal boating on the river and relaxing on the balcony, taking in the beautiful scenery. The staff made our stay feel special.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Ramada By Wyndham Ottawa On The Rideau. The location by the river was absolutely serene, surrounded by lush trees, providing a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. The room was clean and comfortable, making my stay delightful.
